1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at 7027858844. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation. We will process the cancellation and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange after receiving the order (refer to the return policy below).

2. Return Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality tea products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. To be eligible, please ensure that:

    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

    • Opened or used tea products.
    • Items purchased on clearance or sale.
    • Customized orders, unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

4. Exchange Policy
